Our team of support workers are highly experienced in all facets of Personal Care. Daily or regular assistance with personal care is crucial to well-being and quality of life. Our team are experts in hoist usage and management, as well as sling transfers and manual handling with assisted technologies. Our support workers regularly manage catheter care, as well as bowel and incontinence care; keeping you healthy and ready to face your day. We can assist with low and high care needs - regardless of how simple or complex your requirements may be.
Personal Care services include personal hygiene activities such as:
- Assistance with showering, dressing and grooming (including shaving and hair care),
- Providing medication reminders and supervising medications,
- Mobility assistance, manual handling, and transferring,
- Meal preparation, assistance with eating, or feeding,
- Safety monitoring,
- Continence support and incontinence care,
- Therapy routines,
- Support with aids and appliances,
- Respite Care can be provided on an hourly basis

Home and Garden Maintenance
Tending to your house and garden is essential to maintaining quality independent living. If you would like assistance to maintain your house and garden as you desire, Carer's Network can assist with a variety of house and garden maintenance services, or organise contractors to assist with more complex maintenance tasks.
Transport Services
Transport can be difficult as you get older or if you are living with a disability. All our support workers hold a full driver's license and are fully insured. Our support workers can assist to transport you, or your loved ones, to appointments, to do the grocery shopping, or wherever you may need to go.
Support Coordination
Support Coordination is all about enhancing your ability to manage and direct your own services. It’s designed to help you navigate, learn and understand more about the NDIS.
